The first one! Spring makeover at MAC

Here we go with no intro:

April 29, 2010 got a makeover today. Totally unplanned. I totally recommend going to the Mac counter and finding someone whose make up you like and asking them what to use. My lady did a makeover on me and I am quite happy with it!

From Drop Box

Moisture Cover Concealer: NW 30 $15.50
I have dark circles under my eyes, this lightened it up a bit. My MAC Artist Nichole at Macy's in Rosedale gave me a hint. People with fair skin should go one shade darker than their skin. People with darker tone should go one lighter. Peach color hides the blues, greens and purple circles under our eyes better.

Peach Twist Blush $19
LOVED this! Not too much for someone who doesn't wear much make-up has an active busy life style. A little shimmery glow. Perfect.

Rubenesque Paint Pot $16.50
Like this a lot too. You use it as a primer under eye shadow or alone. It will make your eye shadow stay for 8 hours, or so they claim!

Mulch Eye shadow $14.50
She used this very lightly on me, but you can go for more drama.
She used it to "soften my crease." I like it. Sexy without trying so hard.

Plush Black Mascara $13
I liked the way it looked on me, fuller, thicker curlier lashes and still quite feathery!

Teddy Eye Kohl $14
I am so used to black liquid eyeliner, this was quite a nice change. Very subtle and nice.

Fold and Tuck Lip Glass
Coral and spring-y. Feels a little thicker than I like. Stays on, so far. Shiny. Hides the lines in your lips! Limited addition!
